Scawfell Genetics is a fully independent EU Licenced business based in Cumbria, collecting, processing, storing and distributing bovine semen both domestically and internationally from a whole range of the very best Dairy and Beef breeds.
Established in 2017, the Company’s mission is to provide the best advice, service and facilities to the industry to allow our breeders and farmers to maximise the benefits to their businesses whilst promoting UK cattle genetics throughout our extensive network of overseas partners.
We have invested in state of the art facilities in the bull stud to provide the best environment possible for our bulls whilst maintaining the highest standards of bio-security. We also collect bulls on farm for domestic use from all dairy and beef breeds.

The launch of www.ibreeder.co.uk which is an online e-commerce website for semen that is stored at Scawfell Genetics Ltd has been created to put buyers and sellers closer together to trade genetics more easily.
A whole range of breeds can be found on the site, where vendors can advertise their bulls for FREE and potential purchasers can select different bulls’ semen with the click of a button.
